MoneyMagpie Host Successful Live Event

MoneyMagpie hosted another sell-out event in July this year at the upmarket business club, Pavilion in Knightsbridge, London.

It was a panel discussion – and a lively one at that – with the title of ‘Will Bitcoin go to £100k?’

The expert panelists were Coinjar’s CEO Asher Tan, Bitcoin Policy Uk’s Suzie Ward, Bitcoin millionaire Adytia Negarsheth and Ron Delnovo from the Payment Choice Association.

There was lively debate between panelists and the audience but the overwhelming agreement was that ‘yes’, Bitcoin will go to 4100k and probably by next year.

Pavillion pulled out all the stops to welcome our crowd, with wine and nibbles and an incredible evening was had by all. The audience included Bitcoin maximalists, crypto natives and crypto newbies but no one was made to feel small or ignorant.

We discussed CBDCs and whether or not they are a real danger, together with the various merits and demerits of crypto coins other than Bircoin. As usual, the origin of Bitcoin was also discussed as was the potential for actually doing business with it on a dya-to-day basis.
