Freelancer must-haves?

We get emails constantly from freelancers asking questions about everything from opening a Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) to keeping yourself motivated as your own boss.

But my question is – are there any personal must-haves you have as a freelancer? For example, is there a certain candle you light to make your workspace comfortable? Do you have a favourite tea or coffee you NEED to start your day?

Perhaps you have a little cat or dog that sits by your side as you work. I’m curious!
