Will you allow home working after lockdown?

With so many businesses now operating remotely, I’m curious: as an employer, how have you found home working affects your business, and will you consider keeping it as an option for your staff once lockdown is over?

Some jobs, obviously, are hands-on and require staff on premises. But for office-based work, will you consider allowing people to choose whether they want to work from home? Or has your experience been negative so you’d want everyone back in the office?
