Hey there, how are you doing? Are you sleeping all right? Quite a few people I know aren't. It's understandable. There's a fair amount of anxiety around at the moment and that doesn't help us sleep. The Government is also hinting that it could lock us down even further this week (how much less can we do than we're already not doing??) which adds to the whole 'Januaryness' of this month!
But, as Abraham Lincoln once quoted: "And this, too, shall pass away" - and he went on to say of the phrase... "How much it expresses! How chastening in the hour of pride! How consoling in the depths of affliction!"

Yes, not only will this too pass away (it really will) but in the meantime we might as well make the most of this quiet time to get our lives sorted and build up new skills and new good for later.
