Hello , We're starting with some fab news today (almost oxymoronic of late). We were so excited to hear back from one of our sponsors, Gretel, that last week MoneyMagpie readers were united with £100,000 from lost accounts. Just by clicking on our
stories about Pension Tracing Day, a huge number of you were reunited with money you didn't even know you were owed. We know this through tracked links used in our coverage and want to say how happy it made us. So if you haven't yet checked if you are eligible, don't hesitate. The service is free,
so what have you got to lose? I also really wanted to thank you all for reading, interacting with and sending feedback on our website moneymagpie.com, our social media channels and our newsletters. We are a small team and this feedback can make our day. So thank you. At the end of the day we are here to serve you as best we can, so every share of an article, bit of feedback or bit of engagement helps us serve you
better. |

Now on to this week's bumper newsletter. Let's start with wishing you all a happy spooky season. Do you celebrate it or are you of the slightly confused camp that doesn't buy the seemingly current hype? Me and my partner are horror film fans (well he makes them), so have compiled our favourite freebies to watch at the moment. For Halloween we ask you to stay safe, stay warm, stay mindful - and enjoy your fun. We all need to smile and enjoy these moments. Vicky Parry Head of Content and Creative at MoneyMagpie.com |
