Hello , Week two in 2024 already! Well that's going fast. Who did New Years Resolutions? How are they going? I don't tend to put that kind of pressure on myself but I do try
and look at ways that I had fallen into bad habits. One is that I never take lunch breaks and switch off. If you work from home, then you know how easy this particular bad habit can be. So I am trying to be a bit stricter on myself and recognising rest as important to help me work even better. Even if you take ten minutes to do a free Pilates video online. This kind of self love is crucial. |
